At Jaco Dental Shop, we believe getting your dental products to you as quickly as possible is the most important to allow you to keep looking after you oral and dental health at home.  That's why our team works hard to send your order to you as soon as possible - we will usually pack and drop it off to Australia Post within 1-2 business days.

Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas and unexpected lockdowns, your order may be delayed as Australia Post and couriers are swamped with deliveries.

Please contact us if you are having any difficulty processing your order, your order is over 2kg or would like to send to a PO box (we don't usually deliver to PO boxes but understand that this might be the preferred choice for some customers).  Our team are more than happy to assist. 

Authority to leave parcel is automatically selected at checkout.  Please untick the box if you would like Signature on delivery.  An option to add delivery instructions is also available at checkout.

International Deliveries
Jaco Dental Shop does not currently deliver internationally.  If you wish to send a parcel internationally, please contact us.

Delivery Terms

  1. We will process orders within 1-2 business days and will contact you should there be any delays.
  2. Orders within Australia: you should receive your order within 1-7 days.  Remote and regional areas may take longer.  Tracking numbers will be provided when your shipping details have been provided to Australia Post.  You can track your parcel through the Australia Post website or the Australia Post App.
  3. Orders will be sent to the delivery address you provide at the time of your order.  Please contact us immediately if you need to update/change the delivery details.  We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.
  4. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by third parties.
  5. Missing or non-delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days within Australia. 
  6. Damaged items during transit must be reported to your local Australi Post Office.
  7. Returned orders due to change of mind will be refunded the product component only.
  8. Unclaimed parcels that are returned will incur additional delivery fee to be resent.
