1. Brush appliance firmly with Erskine Oral Care's '' Oral Appliance Brush'' (Enclosed in every Oral Appliance Cleaning Kit, or available separately). This brush has extra strong bristles of nylon that clean plastic more effectively than an ordinary toothbrush. (Do not use this as a toothbrush). This step removes any organic material such as plaque, and enables the cleaning solution to contact the plastic surface to deodorize, oxygenate and kill bacteria.

2. Add one tablet to the bath in the kit(or use a cup) and fill with hot tap water(40-50 degrees Celsius, no hotter than you finger can tolerate. Not boiling water- this will warp and damage some plastic)

3. Soak appliance for 20 minutes.

4. Rinse under running water.

1. Keep out of reach of children, If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container to care provider.

2. Do not place tablets in mouth.

3. Do not mix with other cleaning substances.

4. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.

5. Replace cap on tablet tube to prevent remaining tablets going ''stale''.
